以北京蔬菜专业村为研究对象,选取2012—2018年北京蔬菜专业村及蔬菜产业相关数据,运用区位商指数测算方法,从时间和空间两个层面对北京市蔬菜专业村产业集聚度进行测算;运用集中度指数测算方法,从专业村主导产业总产值和从业农户数两方面对集聚度进行测算。结果显示,北京市蔬菜专业村出现了集聚现象,但存在不稳定上下波动的问题,顺义区、通州区和平谷区总体集聚程度较高,并保持稳定集聚状态,集聚区域主要集中在顺义区和房山区。研究建议完善蔬菜专业村基础设施建设,打造蔬菜专业村区域品牌效应,发挥蔬菜示范村辐射带动作用,推进专业镇、基地及园区建设。  相似文献

以切花菊品种"神马"为试材,利用优选催花液A与传统瓶插保鲜液B对催开花材a与自然开花材b进行瓶插保鲜处理,测定保鲜期间处理材料的水分平衡值、总黄酮含量等生理指标,利用模糊数量法对每个处理外观形态指标进行评价,结果表明:优选催花液A的平均综合评分比传统瓶插保鲜液B高0.28分,比CK高0.88分,Ab处理比Ba处理瓶插寿命延长2 d,综合评分高低的顺序为:Ab>Aa>Ba>Bb>CK a>CK b;Ab处理水分平衡值总体均高于其他处理,且鲜重变化率最高,为75.551%,Ab处理的蛋白质峰值出现最晚(第20天);叶绿素含量第14天达到最大值,达0.0716 mg/g,优选催花液A可以更好地提高花瓣中总黄酮的含量。由此表明,优选催花液A的瓶插保鲜效果优于传统瓶插保鲜液B,优选催花液也可作为瓶插保鲜液使用。  相似文献

In order to ensure sustainable agriculture, and for evaluating the effects of management practices on soil processes, tools for assessing soil quality are required. The development and use of a multiparameter index, which includes a wide range of soil properties, have been tested and found useful by several studies. However, soil quality measurements are ‘stand-alone’ tools unless they are either linked to important soil functions, used to characterize (agro)ecosystems or used to predict sustainability or productivity. In our study, the relationship between crop production and soil quality was assessed in a six year old field experiment studying the effect of farm compost (FC) amendment in a crop rotation of potato, fodder beet, forage maize and Brussels sprouts. To justify the hypothesis that repeated FC amendment results in both improved soil quality and consequently higher crop yields, a wide range of chemical, biological and physical soil properties were measured and integrated into a soil quality index (SQI). Next, crop yields were used as a functional goal to verify the causal relationship between SQI and crop production. Our results showed that there were significant changes in chemical, physical and biological soil quality as a result of repeated FC amendment. This was evidenced for example by a remarkable increase in both soil organic carbon (SOC) and total N content. Microbial biomass, the relative amount of bacterivorous nematodes and earthworm number were significantly increased as well and, together with SOC and total N, indicated as the dominant factors in assessing soil quality. The integration of these key indicators into the SQI revealed higher SQI values when FC was applied. In addition, crop yields were increased in all FC treated plots by which SOC was pointed out as the most important indicator influencing crop production. Finally, a causal relationship was observed between soil quality and the yield of potato and fodder beet. We conclude that our SQI may be a promising and useful tool to compare different (soil) management practices in relation to a strategic, regional goal, e.g., sustainable high yields. Before generalizing, we recommend a thorough validation of our SQI in other long-term field experiments.  相似文献

[Objective]The energy productivity potential of Saccharum spontaneum L.germplasm resources as energy plants was discussed in this paper.[Method]The energy productivity potential of Saccharum spontaneum L.germplasm resources collected from the wild was assessed from the aspects of cellulose,semicellulose,lignin and crude ash contents and caloric value.[Result]The total content of cellulose and semicellulose ranged from 41.75%to 69.13%,the lignin content ranged from 2.16%to 11.75%,the crude ash content ranged from 4.79%to 9.34%and the caloric value ranged from 16.00 to 17.69 MJ/kg among the 30 Saccharum spontaneum L.germplasms.Compared to other plants,Saccharum spontaneum L.had higher contents of cellulose and semicellulose,a higher caloric value but lower contents of lignin and crude ash.[Conclusion]From the perspective of producing fuel ethanol with lignocellulose,Saccharum spontaneum L.has a great potential for development as an energy plant.  相似文献

Nitrogen losses from intensive vegetal production systems are commonly associated with contamination of water bodies. Sustainable and optimal economic N management requires correct and timely on-farm assessment of crop N status to detect N deficiency or excess. Optical sensors are promising tools for the assessment of crop N status throughout a crop or at critical times. We evaluated optical sensor measurement of canopy reflectance and of leaf flavonols and chlorophyll contents to assess crop N status weekly throughout a muskmelon crop. The Crop Circle ACS 470 was used for reflectance measurement, the SPAD 502 for leaf chlorophyll, and the DUALEX 4 Scientific for leaf chlorophyll and flavonols. Four indices of canopy reflectance (NDVI, GNDVI, RVI, GVI), leaf flavonols and chlorophyll contents and the nitrogen balance index (NBI), the ratio of chlorophyll to flavonols contents, were linearly related to crop N content and to crop Nitrogen Nutrition Index (NNI) throughout most of the crop. NBI most accurately predicted crop N status; in five consecutive weekly measurements, R2 values were 0.80–0.95. For NDVI during the same period, R2 values were 0.76–0.87 in the first three measurements but R2 values in the last two measurements were 0.39–0.45. Similar relationships were found with the three other reflectance indices. Generally, the relationships with NNI were equal to or slightly better than those with crop N content. These optical sensor measurements provided (i) estimation of crop N content in the range 1.5–4.5%, and (ii) an assessment of whether crop N content was sufficient or excessive for optimal crop growth for NNI ranges of 0.8–2.0. Composite equations that integrated the relationships between successive measurements with the optical sensors and crop N content or NNI for periods of ≥2 weeks (often 2–3 weeks) were derived for most indices/parameters. Overall, these results demonstrated the potential for the use of these optical sensor measurements for on-farm monitoring of crop N status in muskmelon.  相似文献

为了研究苎麻单纤维断裂强力的全貌与分布规律,通过采用等速伸长法测得其断裂强力,根据断裂强力的频数直方图的分布趋势,用正态分布的偏度、峰度等参数对其进行分析,用Q-Q图与Kolmogorov-Smirnov(以下简称K-S)检验法检验苎麻单纤维强力的正态性,总体上服从正态分布规律,但有一定偏差,不对称,为右偏尖峰态。同时提出了建立在统计基础上的苎麻单纤维断裂强力指标体系,即运用主体断裂强力、品质断裂强力、平均断裂强力、弱强纤维断裂强力和超强纤维强断裂力五个指标来表征单纤维断裂强力。  相似文献

[目的]明确矮秆早熟高粱品种吉杂141在佳木斯地区的合理栽培密度。[方法]以吉杂141为研究对象,在大田生产试验条件下,采用平播的方式,设置15万、20万、25万、30万、35万株/hm2共5个栽培密度,研究不同栽培密度下,吉杂141的群体生理指标、产量及产量性状。[结果]随着栽培密度的增大,叶面积指数增加,叶绿素含量下降,群体光合势和总光合势增加,株高差异不显著,穗长、穗粗逐渐下降,生物产量上升,千粒重和单穗重下降。[结论]初步明确在佳木斯地区采用平播方式吉杂141最适栽培密度为20万株/hm2,产量可达9 203.36 kg/hm2。  相似文献

利用化学评分(CS)、氨基酸评分(AAS)、必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)、氨基酸比值系数分(SRC)等4种非生物学评价法对31份枇杷种质资源的果实蛋白质营养价值进行评价。结果表明:含硫氨基酸(甲硫氨酸和胱氨酸)为第一限制氨基酸;不同的评价方法结果有所差异,CS的范围为8.36~21.46;AAS的范围为9.87~23.1;EAAI的范围为42.83~65.68;SRC的范围为54.90~63.20,31份种质的SRC均在50以上,有16份超过60;枇杷果实蛋白质具有较高的营养价值,红肉种质的CS、AAS、SRC显著高于白肉种质,而两者的EAAI差异不显著;野生种质的EAAI极显著高于栽培种质,CS、AAS、SRC差异不显著,不同来源地的种质之间CS、AAS、EAAI、SRC差异均不显著;类平均法欧氏距离通过聚类分析将31份种质分为3类。  相似文献

旨在分析小麦粉中添加木聚糖酶(xylanase, Xyl)对藏羊羔羊胃肠道发育的影响。选择同质性良好的2~3月龄高原型藏羊公羔60只,随机分为两组,每组30只,各组内设置5个重复。对照组(Control group)饲喂不含木聚糖酶的日粮,试验组(Test group)饲喂含0.2%木聚糖酶的日粮,试验分为预饲期10 d和正试期90 d。饲养试验结束时,两组各随机选取5只羔羊进行屠宰,采集消化道组织置于多聚甲醛固定,并收集血液、瘤胃和空肠内容物。结果显示:1)与对照组相比,试验组瘤胃的角质层厚度、颗粒层厚度,瓣胃的乳头长度、乳头宽度、角质层厚度、颗粒层厚度,皱胃的黏膜厚度以及十二指肠的肌层厚度,空肠的绒毛高度、黏膜厚度,回肠的肌层厚度显著提高(P<0.05);2)对照组瘤胃和血清的LPS含量显著高于试验组(P<0.05);3)相较于对照组,试验组瘤胃的糜蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性以及空肠的糜蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶活性显著提高(P<0.05);4)试验组瘤胃的总抗氧化能力水平、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶及过氧化氢酶活性以及空肠的总抗氧化能力水平、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶...  相似文献
